This Parcel contains  48.36 Gross Acres and 45.10 net acres and 44.06 Cropland acres according to the FSA.  It boasts a CSR 2 of 74.2 with primary soils of Lester, Coland, Spillville, and Reedslake-LeSueur.  The Farm has a Corn Base of 18.29 Acres with a PLC Yield of 157, and a Soybean Base of 18.34 Acres with a PLC Yield of 46.
