Grain Bin 1: 27’ Conrad Bin (115” 9 ring crown, 34” 7 rings tall with floor, 8” unload with two sumps, 2HP single phase motor unload, 3/4 HP fan single fan phase motor, no roof vent, walk down). 

Grain Bin 2: 30’ MFS Bin (113” 10 ring crown, 44” 5 rings high, no floor, 8” unload, 3 HP unload, cement floor with air tubes with 3/4 HP Sukup fan, single phase).

Other bin parts: 13’ floor sweep auger, 1.5 HP motor, (single phase); Sukup Spreader. 

Terms of Personal Property: Items will be available for preview Tuesday August 9th from 4:30-6:30 p.m. Pick up by appointment only. Payment required upon pick up.  Items have to be removed by November 1st, 2022.  We accept Cash, Check, or Credit Card.  A 10% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.  A 4% convenience fee for credit card charges.
